Sarah Letson

Sarah dabbled in yoga on and off for years as a stretching/recovery supplement to her circuit workouts, but never fully dove into all yoga had to offer as a fitness option. During 2020, she needed a new source of strength-based training that could be done indoors without any equipment, and committed herself to a regular yoga practice. She quickly learned how far you can push your body to develop deep functional strength with nothing but a mat and determination, and she hopes to provide the same experience to her students. Her classes aim to confront you with challenging holds and movements, and show you how strong you can be both on and off the mat. Expect to sweat, shake, and hold a warrior three pose for far longer than you've ever intended.
